  • The Balboa Worldwide App (bwa ™) is an app for your smart device
  • (Android ™ or iPhone®) that gives you direct access to your hot tub.
  • The Balboa WiFi adapter must be connected to the home network.
  • You then have direct access to your pool from anywhere in the world.
  • All you need is an internet connection with your SmartPhone via 3G,4G or WiFi hotspots.
  • With the bwa ™ app you can make sure that your hot tub is ready
  • Whenever you want to take a bath.
  • With this app you can make all changes to the pool directly from your sofa.
  • The app offers full interface control so you can set the temperature, turn the pumps on and off and even set the filtration cycles.
  • System & WiFi router requirements:
  • Bwa ™ communicates over a 2.4GHz home network using 802.11b / g / n wireless technology. 5GHz networks are not supported.
  • Standard wireless setup only supports home network routers configured to use open (no security) or WEP / WPA / WPA2.
  • A WiFi signal strength of -50 dBM or better is highly recommended to ensure uninterrupted cloud service.

  • There are no shipping costs for orders of CHF 105 or more. Orders under 104 CHF will be charged with a shipping fee of 11.50 CHF.
