The Waterway NEO 2100 control box is equipped with an integrated3 kW heater and canand can handle many configurations of your hot tub.It works with NEO 1100- keypadsfor relatively simple configurations andNEO 2100for more complex configurations which, depending on the installation, can be combined with an auxiliary keypadAUX 1000depending on the installation.
The basic system can manage the following elements without an expansion card:
With a 24-hour circulation pump:
- The circulation pump of course
- Up to two two-stage pumps OR one two-stage pump and one single-stage pump OR three single-stage pumps
- One blower
- Ozonator
- Beamer
Without circulation pump:
- One two-stage pump
- Another two-stage or single-stage pump
- A third single-stage pump OR a blower
- Ozonator
- Beamer
By adding a DB1expansion board, you get two more relays that allow the system to control another two-speed pump or two single-speed elements (blower and/or pump).A DB2expansion boardadds four relays for two two-speed pumps or one two-speed pump and two one-speed pumps/blowers or up to four one-speed pumps/blowers.
This control box is equipped with probes at the inlet and outlet of the heater to measure the water flow, making it much more reliable than systems equipped with a pressure switch or a conventional flow detector.The minimum water flow is 3400 liters of water per hour.
The integrated heater has an output of 3 kW, with anIncoloy 800 -resistor .
UseAMP socketsto connect any device (pump, ozonator, projector, etc.) to the box.
